Referrals can be accepted from the client themselves, friends, family, and health professionals. Our team is prepared to receive you upon arrival once you have confirmed your booking.
Upon arrival at the facility, you will be acquainted to the medical staff and toured around so that you can orient yourself with the facility's various corners. Upon arrival we will also give you a welcome pack which has a timetable for your therapy session and also explains everything that you need to be conversant with during your stay at our facility, the Sanctuary Lodge.
